Beautiful birth can happen anytime, anywhere, and for anyone - and yes, this includes in a hospital. Postpartum is hard - absolutely - but education can change everything. Breastfeeding may be one of the toughest things you've ever done, but the right resources will absolutely cover you in confidence.
The key to having an empowered mamahood transition is education, because it's true what they say, "The more you know, the better it goes."
Quality education shouldn't promise perfect birth or a perfect postpartum (and I don't). But what I do promise is that the things you learn with me will allow you to feel wildly confident in your body, your choices, your responses to everything that may happen, your knowledge about your baby and what they need, and your (irreplaceable) role in every part of this process.
